About This Campaign

My name is Baraka Msike, and I am passionate about making a difference in people’s lives through social work. I have been accepted to pursue a Master’s degree in Social Work, a field that will equip me with the skills to advocate for vulnerable communities, promote mental health, and drive social change in Tanzania.

Unfortunately, financial constraints stand in the way of this dream. The total cost of my master’s studies is 6,000,000 TZS (~$2,300 USD), and I am reaching out for support to help make this education a reality.

Social work is a calling to serve—helping individuals, families, and communities overcome challenges such as mental health issues, poverty, and social injustices. With this degree, I will be better equipped to strengthen mental health awareness, advocate for policies that support marginalized groups, and create sustainable social impact programs in Tanzania.
